Refund policy

Returns

Please just let us know before 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Every order is eligible for a one time exchange. Only original orders are eligible for exchanges/returns. We only offer returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased from thebutterflyswaddle.com

If returning for a full refund, the original shipping label fee plus standard return shipping fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund. If free shipping was provided, the waived shipping fee will be added back to the return shipping costs.

Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, unworn, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. 

International orders cannot be returned/exchanged.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We stand behind our standards 100% and are happy to offer a full refund or store credit for items that are returned back to us, unwashed and unworn in the original packaging and condition it came in within the 30 days of purchase. After contacting us, we can issue a shipping label for you to attach to a package of your own, or the mailer bag you received it in.

The claim for a defective item must be made within 7 days of receiving it and returned to us within 15 days of purchasing. If you need to file a claim, email us at info@thebutterflyswaddle.com   We do not offer exchange, refund, credit or otherwise on purchases over 30 days, or items that have been washed or worn. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a refund will be immediately processed.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, immediately.

Discounts/Sales Items

Offers cannot be combined. Only one offer can be applied at checkout. Some offers may not be eligible on sales items. Once an offer has expired we can no longer honor it. Discounts cannot be applied to a purchase that has already been made.
